This Privacy Policy explains how this website (the "Site") for Pons Index ($PONS100) handles information. The short version: we do not ask for your personal information. If you choose to save a coin pick, we store your wallet address, your chosen tokens and the time, to run payouts. Nothing else.

Information we collect

The Site has no accounts, forms or sign ups. We do not ask for your name, email or any other personal information.

Connecting a wallet is optional. If you save a coin pick on the Picker page, you sign a message with your wallet and we store your wallet address, the token addresses you chose, and the time you saved them. We use this only to run payouts. We do not store anything else, and wallet addresses and payouts are public on the blockchain anyway. You can switch back to the default rotation at any time, which clears your pick.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Hosting and third party requests

Like any website, the hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. To display the page, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts, coin images from pons, and live activity data from our distribution service. Those providers may receive your IP address as part of normal web requests and handle it under their own privacy policies.

Public blockchain data

The live activity section shows public data from Robinhood Chain, such as wallet addresses and transaction hashes. This data is public by nature of the blockchain and is not collected by the Site from you.

Links to other sites

The Site links to services such as ponsfamily.com, Blockscout and X. Their privacy practices are their own.

Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18.

Your rights

The only data we keep is a saved coin pick, if you made one. You can change it, or clear it by switching back to the default rotation, on the Picker page at any time. Beyond that there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question, contact us and we will help where we can.

Jurisdiction

The Site is operated from the United States, and this Policy is governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page.
